connection within your relationships.

Currently accepting new clients for online therapy in Key Biscayne and throughout Florida, New York, Vermont, and Idaho.

Maybe you find yourself feeling disconnected & fearful of rejection.

  • You keep promising yourself that tomorrow is the first day of your new routine, you’re going to tackle that seemingly never ending to do list, but it never seems like that routine wants to stick, or there’s always something that gets in your way of completing all your tasks. You feel shame and embarrassment, thinking everyone else seems to be able to do these things, why can’t I?

  • You long for the connections that feel vibrant and affirming, but fear of being rejected is paralyzing. Relationships with others feel impossible when having to put on a mask every day just to fit in.

  • You want to explore new experiences, and find bliss in the connection of body and soul with others, but someone has made you feel shamed for sharing what you want with them. It feels impossible to communicate something vulnerable and intimate with others.

It doesn’t have to continue this way.

Lyndsey Masters, MS, LMHC

Meet Lyndsey!

I believe you are deserving of a life that is celebratory, authentic, and deeply connected.

Therapy, to me, is a sacred space where stimming, tangents, info dumps, and forgetting where we put the metaphorical (or literal) keys are met with compassion and your unique brilliance is celebrated. Where it is understood that being a human can feel overwhelmingly hard at times, and where you no longer have to perform. It is where you build the skills for recognizing, building, and holding boundaries for healthy and fulfilling relationships, where you can safely process the swirling of emotions that can often feel entangled, and where you can be present with vulnerability without fear of judgement.

Therapy is a space in which all relationships in their fullness are celebrated and held as precious. Where the sharing of desires and boundaries is respected. It’s a space and time in which authenticity is invited and welcomed wholeheartedly. It is a space where the whole self is seen, affirmed, and held with care – a space where your pain is met with compassion and your strength is celebrated. I want you to know that you’re not alone, and together, we can navigate the complexities of healing in a way that honors who you are..

    Trauma Therapy

A compassionate and supportive process designed to help individuals heal from emotional, psychological, and physical impacts of traumatic experiences at a pace that is comfortable for them. It provides a safe space to process and make sense of past events, reduce distressing symptoms like flashbacks or anxiety, and build tools for coping and resilience. The goal is to empower clients to reclaim their sense of safety, reconnect with themselves and others, and move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being. Together, we will learn to build coping strategies that will help you restore your sense of safety.

Starting therapy can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be.

  1. Reach out.

Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but reaching out is a powerful act of self-care. Whether it’s email, a phone call, or filling out an inquiry form, this step sets the process in motion and shows you’re ready to prioritize your well-being.
  2. Show up.

Your first session is about building trust and understanding. You don’t need to have all the answers or say the “right” things – just come as you are. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, identify your goals, and create a roadmap of your journey. .
  3. Work together.

This is where the work begins! With curiosity and compassion, we’ll tackle challenges, celebrate progress, and build skills and insights to help you thrive. Therapy is a process, but every step forward is a win – and you’ve already started!.
  4. Carry it forward.

The real progress of therapy is seen and measured outside the therapy space. This is where you take the skills and insights gained in session and bring them to your life in-between our meetings. When you put in the work and show up fully and authentically for yourself, you will begin to see and feel the changes you want for yourself.
